Cancellation of services must be requested in writing (e.g., via email) and is only permitted before the commencement of the project or service.
No cancellations are allowed for services that have already started. The determination of when a service has "commenced" will be at the discretion of Digital Grafiks and will be based on factors such as the initiation of work, allocation of resources, or the commencement of any billable activity.
No refunds will be provided for services already initiated, ongoing, or completed. Clients are liable for payment for the portion of services delivered.
For prepaid campaigns or services that have not yet started, a refund may be issued at the discretion of Digital Grafiks, after deducting any administrative fees, processing fees, or costs incurred.
Refund requests for eligible services must be made in writing within 7 calendar days of the date of payment or the date of the service agreement, whichever is later.
Once a refund is approved, it will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. The exact timing may vary depending on the payment provider.
The following services are strictly non-refundable:
Services involving third-party platforms, such as ad spends (e.g., Google Ads, social media advertising) or subscriptions to third-party tools.
Custom strategies, deliverables, and consultation fees, once the service scope is agreed upon and initiated. This includes, but is not limited to, strategy documents, creative briefs, and project plans.
Any costs incurred by Digital Grafiks on behalf of the client that are non-recoverable.
Digital Grafiks reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes to this policy will be communicated to the client in writing or posted on our website.
In the event of a dispute, Digital Grafiks will make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue. However, the final decision regarding refunds will be at the sole discretion of Digital Grafiks.
